I faciliate grounded integration

I hold relational spaces where people can slow down, settle, and live what they already know —

without pressure or performance.

For those who are done with effort as a spiritual path.

Blessings and Namaste

I'm Evelyn Foreman

I facilitate spaces for grounded integration — places where people don’t have to strive, perform, or push themselves to change.

My work is for those who have already done a great deal of inner work, and are now asking a quieter question: How do I live what I already know?

How I work

I’m less interested in insight than I am in integration.

That means I pay close attention to:

• pacing

nervous system capacity

relational safety

what can actually be sustained in real life

I don’t lead people toward catharsis or transformation as an event.

I support conditions where understanding can settle, become usable, and be lived.

This orientation shapes everything I offer — especially Integration Circles.

Why Integration Circles

Many people don’t need more frameworks, tools, or breakthroughs.

They need:

steady relational space

clear facilitation

room to metabolize experience without being rushed

Integration Circles are designed for exactly this.

Integration Circles are not therapy, performance, or group processing.

They are spaces of shared presence, careful listening, and grounded support.

My role is to hold the structure, the pacing, and the tone — so participants don’t have to.

My background (briefly)

My work is informed by decades of study, practice, and lived experience across contemplative, psychological, and transpersonal traditions.

More importantly, it’s shaped by a long attentiveness to how people actually change — not in theory, but in life.

I bring clarity, steadiness, and discernment to the spaces I facilitate.

I don’t ask people to go where I’m unwilling to stay.

A note on fit

Integration Circles are not for everyone.

They are best suited for people who:

• are done with effort as a spiritual path

value honesty over intensity

want support without being managed or fixed

are willing to move slowly and stay present

If that resonates, you’re welcome here.

Outside the work

Outside of facilitation and writing, I live a quiet, creative life.

I value depth, humor, ordinary rituals, animals, conversation, and making space for what’s real.

I believe integration happens not by transcending our humanity — but by inhabiting it fully.
